Sony Pictures is holding a casting call for the “biggest Resident Evil movie fan.” The winner of their Face of the Fan contest will get to play a member of the undead in the fifth Resident Evil film, Resident Evil:Retribution. Fans must be between the ages of 18 and 34 and provide contact information, a headshot photo, and a video (1 minute or less) of the participant stating why he/she is the biggest Resident Evil movie fan and acting out a dialogue line from any previous film in the franchise. Paul W.S. Anderson will write and direct Resident Evil: Retribution, and his wife, Milla Jovovich, returns as the franchise’s heroine, Alice. Other returning actors include Sienna Guillory as Jill Valentine, Colin Salmon as James “One” Shade, and Shawn Roberts as Albert Wesker. Fan favorite from the RE video game series, Leon S. Kennedy, will finally appear in film as well. Resident Evil: Retribution is slated for a fall 2012 release.
